There is a key line for me in this article – “excellent and free education”. Touted as an ingredient for success (obviously) it is one of the reasons why 2% of Europe’s population now receive’s 15% of the continent’s total tech investment. What, I ask you, will it take for South Africa to play that role on the African continent?
