Making room for good dialogue is a powerful activity in learning

Sometimes we refer to dialogue an action as two separate activities – let’s talk and then get done what needs to be done. Admittedly, we need to be careful of too much talking that leads to no action – an activity popularly employed by politicians.

But there is a dialogue that is in fact action and I had the opportunity to share my thoughts after spending  time doing just that in Washington DC in the early part of July.
